A little about how I can help you

 

MY BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

I have over 10 years experience as an office manager in the Education sector and 18 years experience in the financial services sector as a senior finance broker and project manager. I am also qualified as a Prince 2 Practitioner Project Manager, so I bring best practice, lessons learned and embed other project management skills to my Mediation work. I am a Qualified level 3 badminton coach and I previously competed at National level, so I understand the performance requirements of elite athletes and those in the sports sector.

 

MY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

I am non judgmental as I am open minded and mixed race and have also worked with clients globally, from different cultures, religions, demographics and beliefs. In addition to being a Qualified Civil and Commercial Mediator I have qualifications in counselling, psychology, life coaching and other holistic therapies. I have over 28 years experience of assisting clients from individuals to large corporates nationally and internationally. Providing bespoke and best practice professional services to my clients.

Over the last 20 years I have experience of being and Landlord and a Tenant, as I have been involved in various property projects - property rental, property developments, property sales and renovation.

 

I can assist with any type of mediation, in any location and can help source a venue if required. Also depending on your preference the Mediations can be conducted by telephone, online or in person (meeting covid requirements).

FIXED DAILY RATE - Zoom Mediations - £450 + VAT per party

• 7 hour mediation 

• Certified CMC Registered mediator

• Designed for claims up to £100,000 in value

• 2 Hours preparation

• Mediator arranges and hosts the Zoom mediation

FIXED FEE SCHEME UNDER £50,000 for 1 hour or more - In order to give parties to a dispute of a value under £50,000 the option to employ a mediator at a reasonable rate. I am part of the Fixed Fee Mediation Scheme with Civil Mediation Council. The fees for this service are as follows.

The session will be done in person or by telephone/video, although usually mediation of 2 hours or less or depending on the distance will be done by telephone/video.

Both parties will need to agree to mediate and it is helpful to have agreed on this before you approach me via Clerksroom.

Each additional hour is charged at £100+ VAT per party

*Please note that if you have a dispute of less than £10,000 you may be offered a free 1 hour telephone mediation service by the Court once you have issued a claim form. You may also be offered mediation by the Court for claims above £10,000. There will be a cost to issue a claim form. If you are a consumer and your dispute concerns the sale of goods and services the trader is required to provide you with the name and website address of an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution body.
