Counselling - 1 Hour

Service Description

My Counselling session have two main aims: 1) To provide a safe environment so we can jointly understand, explore and clarify the true situation and then 2) together discuss and agree on goals, decisions and actions, to offer the best appropriate support and guidance. Counselling Sessions and Fees Your counselling sessions will last normally for 50-60 minutes @ cost of £60 a session, and I offer weekly counselling if required excluding public holidays. Payment for your counselling sessions are to be can be paid in advance or if agreed at the end of each session. Please note it is important that you attend your sessions and only cancel or reschedule them if it is very important or serious matter or it is due to a medical condition or issue. You can pay for a single session or you can book weekly sessions using the plan below. If you would prefer a more integrated counselling approach of mind, body, emotions and spirit.
