45 mins Crystal Healing/Therapy - Initial consultation, then 30 minutes of healing, followed by feedback at the end of the session. CRYSTAL THERAPY is a holistic healing practice that involves the use of crystals and gemstones to promote physical, emotional, spiritual healing and balancing the chakras. Every crystal has a unique vibrational energy or frequency that can interact with the energy fields of the body, restoring balance and harmony. They can also be used to address specific health issues or imbalances. The practitioner places crystals on or around a person’s body. Many people find it helpful for managing stress, anxiety, and other emotional or physical issues. It can provide a unique and therapeutic experience that nurtures and promotes mind, body, emotional and spiritual wellness. - The session will be at YOUMassage Therapy centre, 81 Bedford Place Southampton - Or at your home or another venue of your choice, subject to travelling costs being agreed - Remote session can also be arranged via a video or voice call. If you don't have crystals, a set can be posted for you to borrow. Sets can also be purchased online. I am a fully insured Crystal & Sound Healer, REIKI Master and Teacher - registered with the UK REIKI Federation and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. Before you attend please complete and return the Client Form for Therapies, which is on my "Resources" section under forms. If your appointment is at the YouMassage Therapy centre, a copy of the form will be given to you on arrival to complete, before you attend your healing session. Or weekly plans for 4 Healing sessions spread over 4 weeks/sessions: 45 mins over 4 weeks/sessions reduced from £180 to £160. 60 mins over 4 weeks/sessions reduced from £240 to £200.
