I offer the following massages which can be tailored, to cover areas of your body that may need more attention: INDIAN HEAD (45 mins) - 5 elements massage of earth, water, fire, air and ether. Including upper back, shoulders, upper arms, upper chest, neck, face, head/scalp and pressure points. DEEP TISSUE (45/60/75 mins) - A deep tissue & pressure points massage to cover the legs, back, neck and shoulders. HOLISTIC (45/60/75 mins) - A Holistic massage covering mind, body, emotions & energy. Using aromatherapy, meditation, mindfulness, massage, pressure points, emotional & energy techniques. SWEDISH (45/60/75 mins) - A traditional relaxing Swedish massage without deep tissue techniques. REIKI & MASSAGE (45/60/75 mins) - Combine REIKI healing with Deep Tissue or a relaxing Swedish massage. 5 ELEMENTS (75 mins) - Focusing on the 5 elements of earth, water, fire, air & ether. You will be taken on a Journey of the Senses using massage, aromatherapy, crystals, water mist spray, soft brushes, silk scarves, feathers, hand fans, meditation, sound & energy healing - to make it a relaxing, indulgent, mindfulness experience. Only £75 in Aug 23. SOMATIC BIOENERGETICS (120 mins) - The first hour we talk through the mind body connection, emotions, 5 elements, chakras, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, manifesting desires & the journey of the senses. So this can then be incorporated into your personalised holistic bodywork massage for 1 hour, focusing on moving energy up your body. ULTIMATE BLISS (120 mins) - Using Alteya Organic products to refresh and balance skin, body & mind - Tailored holistic full body massage including, Facial, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymph Drainage, Pressure Points, Foot Ritual and Aromatherapy. - The session will be at YOUMassage Therapy centre, 81 Bedford Place Southampton. Or at your home or another venue of your choice, subject to travelling costs being agreed. Before you attend please complete & return the “Client Information - Therapies Form” in my Resources section under Forms. For appointments at the YouMassage Therapy centre, a copy of the form will be given to you on arrival to complete, before you attend your appointment.
