I offer the following massages which can be tailored, to cover areas of your body that may need more attention: LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE - Can be combined with Wood Therapy/Maderoterapia and or Brazilian sculpting, contouring and toning techniques BRAZILIAN SCULPT/CONTOUR/TONING - Can be combined with Lymphatic Drainage and or Wood Therapy/Maderoterapia WOOD THERAPY/MADEROTERAPIA - Can be combined with Lymphatic Drainage and or Brazilian sculpting, contouring and toning technique DEEP TISSUE - A deep tissue & pressure point massage to mainly cover the legs, back, neck/trap & shoulders IMMUNITY - DeepTissue & Lymphatic - min 90 mins HOLISTIC - A massage covering mind, body, emotions & energy. Using aromatherapy, meditation, mindfulness, massage, pressure points, emotional & energy techniques SWEDISH - A relaxing massage without deep tissue techniques HOT/COLD STONES OR WARM BAMBOO - Basphalt stones/warm bamboo are heated for the massage or cold Marble stones INDIAN HEAD (60 mins) - Including back, upper arms, upper chest, neck, face, head/scalp and pressure points REIKI & MASSAGE - Combine REIKI healing with Deep Tissue, Holistic or a relaxing Swedish massage REIKI/CRYSTAL/SOUND HEALING (60 mins) SOMATIC BIOENERGETICS (120 -240 mins) - The first hour we talk through the mind body connection (somatic), and emotion & energy techniques - like harmonising chakras, breathwork, meditation, gratitude, manifesting etc. So this can then be incorporated into your personalised holistic bodywork massage for 1 -3 hours ULTIMATE BLISS / TAILORED (60-120 mins) - Tailored holistic head to toe full body massage, which can include any of the above massage techniques providing a bespoke experience. The session will be at YOUMassage Therapy centre, 81 Bedford Place Southampton. Or your home or another venue of your choice (London & Home Counties), subject to travelling costs being agreed.
