Meditation Coaching - The 1 hour session covers covers coaching on meditation and how to improve your mediation practice. It is tailored for beginners and up to advanced level. I have over 10 years experience of meditation and am a qualified meditation Teacher, and Internationally accredited. Get 15% of Muse products which can be combined with my coaching. This is a brain sensing headband that uses real-time biofeedback. Before you purchase the meditation coaching feel free to book a free 30 minute discovery call, so we talk through how you want to develop your meditation practice. In the first 1 hour session we will cover: 1) A detailed look into the main areas and concerns you want to work on. 2) Explore, prioritise and understand why they are important to you. Also look at any underlying issues, blocks, beliefs or patterns. 3) Set goals that are realistic and viable and put in place structures to monitor and measure success, and also evaluation and review tools. That support and fits in with your core values, lifestyle, needs, wants, desires, strengths, weakness and boundaries. You can attend each session via video or voice call. Or I am happy to meet in person if you are local to Southampton or are happy to cover the cost of transport and time. Once we have completed the first session you can then book further weekly/monthly sessions separately or by a weekly/monthly auto renewal facility. Giving you complete flexibility depending on your availability and the pace you want to work at. For momentum I also offer weekly/monthly meditation coaching programmes over 12 weeks/12 months, which will be tailored to your requirements. Each session works out at £60 and the programme price of £720 is reduced to £600. Saving you £120 - equivalent to 2 free sessions. If you feel 1 hour a week/month is not enough you can book more than 1 hour a week/month, for example if you would prefer 2, 3 or 4 hours weekly/monthly. This will also include free membership to the online resources which is normally £50 a month. So I can support and service my clients in a relaxed environment, I only take on so many clients each year so "PLACES ARE LIMITED". It also allows you to combine study and receive support, as I can help you choose courses that are accredited practitioner/teacher/production qualifications that work alongside this programme. Therefore you can gain a qualifications or create/sell recordings while you complete my programme.
