Service Description

Somatic Bioenergetic sessions look at different modalities to help holistically heal mental, emotional, sexual issues and trauma that maybe trapped in the body. Using various techniques like bodywork, breathwork, heart connection, conscious heart centred exercises, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, massage, manifestations (law of attraction), neo tantra, taoist sexual kungfu, neuro science, chakras, kundalini, NLP, journalling, somatic (mind/body interface), bioenergetics (psychodynamic psychotherapy), erotic blueprints, conscious writing, setting boundaries and understanding consent.   I offer 5 levels which start as an introduction, and as you work through the levels, we deepen your connection with you mind, body, heart, spirit and sexuality/polarity. Sessions are normally about 2 hours and an initial consultation is required before your first session, to discuss the process, etiquette, consent and boundaries. This can be done by booking a free 30 minute discovery call.   I recommend working up from Level 1 to Level 5 gradually, so you get the most powerful benefits. Once we complete level 4 we can then look at more tailored sessions, which are a natural progression in line with your healing journey or wellbeing goals. We can also see if Level 5 is something you want to experience with myself, another female practitioner or attend a course/session with your partner. 2 hour "Video call sessions" for each Level - combines the coaching of 1 hour & 1 hour of explaining the Massage techniques "conscious touch" remotely at a total cost of £120 per Level. Other options: 2 hour "1-1 sessions" for each module - combines the coaching of 1 hour & 1 hour of Massage "conscious touch" in person. These cost £240 in the convenience of your own home. If you live more than 1 hours drive there maybe an additional cost for time and travel but this can all be agreed in the initial consultation/discovery call. Or if you have an alternative venue, a price can be agreed to cover your preferred venue and my travel costs. I also offer a discount for levels 1-4 as a package when paying in advance for the video call or 1-1 sessions. Level 1 - Introduction Level 2 - Beginners guide Level 3 - Intermediate Level 4 - Advanced Level 5 - Mastery NB - This course does not include yoni/lingham massage until Level 5, but I can also refer you to other professional self help resources and female practitioners.
